Exterior Home Improvement, Inc. Labor Warranty Policy

   The staff at Exterior Home Improvement, Inc. sincerely hopes you are enjoying the products you purchased. While we hope that you never need warranty service, we wanted to make sure you are aware of our labor warranty policy. While the manufacturers warranty covers the product itself, it does not cover any labor associated with it. All our contracts offer a two-year labor warranty at no charge to you.
Upon the expiration of your two-year labor warranty our service rates are:

 

Up to 1 hour of service $100.00
      *Each additional hour    $ 65.00

   There will be a diagnostic fee of $50.00 charged if the service person comes out and determines that parts are needed to perform the service. Then when the parts are received the hourly rate will apply to perform the actual service. *There will be no per-minute charge for the additional time necessary to perform service; the additional hourly rate will apply for any time extending over the first hour.    

We would like to offer you an opportunity to extend your two-year labor warranty to a five-year labor warranty. This will give you the comfort of knowing that you will not incur any additional cost for service from our company. Please note that this applies only to the labor connected to a service issue. The manufacturers warranty applies to the product itself.
